  • A 40% Non-Refundable Deposit is Required At Time of Booking.

  • A 30 Day Notice is Required to cancel or reschedule the date of your event.

  • Remaining Balance Is Due At Least 5 Days Before The Event.

  • All Events Require A 18% Service Fee. This Is Not A Tip. Service Charge Is To Help Cover The Time Prepping, Planning, Setting Up, & Cleaning Up Before, During, & After Your Event. Tip Is For The Staff That’s Working During Your Event.

  • A 3% credit card fee will be charged for all credit card transactions.

  • There Is A 15 Minute Grace Period To Leave After Your Party Is Over Or You Will Be Charged $250. (We Need To Clean, Sanitize & Prep For Next Event)

  • Everyone Entering Our Play Area Must Remove Shoes And Wear Non Slip Socks. In The Event That Our Play Mat Gets Damaged There Will Be A $250 Fee Charged.
